Ohso chocolate

Ohso chocolate- Have the pleasure without the guilt

Hi loveliess! So I'm finally back with a new post....about time I know! There's really not enough hours in the day but iv decided to make a goal to do about 2-3 blog posts a week, just hope I stick to it. Anyways I'm so excited to share with you all my new discovery which has basically saved me from getting obese over the past weeks that iv been on my diet, and helped those moments when you just need a little chocolate fix. (I have A LOT of those moments!) I first discovered this at a Harvey Nichols event last November and didn't purchase this until January when when I was looking for a gift in the food section. I think this is one of my best discoveries yet, I haven't seen anything like this on the market before and I do honestly think that this product is amazing!

So, What is it?
I bring you, OHSO ProBiotic chocolate... In a nut shell this is basically one of your five-a-day because its 3x more affective then most popular dairy drinks that are in the supermarkets that contain 'friendly bacteria' and are meant to deliver good bacteria to your intestine. It claims  'Each bar has around a billion Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium bacteria in it which keeps your digestive system healthy and ultimately improves your general health and well being.'  (I know which one id rather have)

Low fat chocolate? Urm what..?!
Another good thing about this product is that everyone can have it because its free from, nuts, gluten, wheat, GM ingredients and with no added dairy, which also makes it suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Most importantly this delicious Belgium chocolate is low in fat and only contains 72 calories!! Which is only 2 Weight Watchers points...its almost too goo to be true!

What's so special about this chocolate compared to others?
As well as being low in fat, Oh So contains over a million friendly bacteria in each bar and comes in Belgium chocolate and yummy chocolate orange flavour....so if your obsessed with Terry's then this DEFINITELY is your savior.

My only fault about this product is that its too small! But I guess chocolate in moderation is a good thing. You also get 7 bars in a pack- one for every day which I think is a bonus as it gives us chocolate maniacs something to look forward to when were trying to eat healthy. It retails at £3.99 per pack of 7.

Here are some healthy facts I thought id share with you,

Thanks for reading!

Valentines Gift Guide

Valentines Gift Guide- PART ONE FOR HERBeautysets - Valentines gift set
Hi lovelyss! So valentines is very much a love hate for me... obviously a hate when I'm single, like many other people I also find it extremely depressing and just end up treating myself to make myself feel better. (hm a bit sad I know) But this year I actually have someone to celebrate it with yaaaay! With valentines just round the corner I have taken the time out to do a gift guide. This one is the first part which is aimed for men as I know they definitely find it difficult when it comes to buying gifts so I hope this helps! :)

1. Lush 'Be Mine' gift set
In this limited edition gift set you get a decadent Willow Pattern soap, this is meant to be inspired by a tragic but enduring love story but what's not to love about this luxurious creamy rose smelling soap.
You also get the Sexy Soft Coeur massage bar for hard core fun but with a chocolate and honey soft centre. Cocoa butter, shea butter and almond oil, fragranced with yummy, toffee smelling Honey I Washed the Kids perfume. With a cheeky soft centre made of honey and cocoa powder.
A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.

Ro knows good rose and her nose knows it!Packed full of ingredients to feed and nourish the skin; argan oil, cocoa butter, cupuaƧu butter, brazil nut oil, almond oil and fair trade shea butter.
2. Bunch of roses
Can it really get any more romantic then a bunch of red roses? I don't think so. I normally don't think much of flowers but I think any girls heart will melt with a dozen on these.
3. Thornton's heart plaque
If your girlfriend is like me, a chocolate lover. Then this is a MUST. Retailing at 3.99 you simply cant go wrong! You can also get them personalised to say different things for free which gives it a lovely personal touch. Cute.
4. MAC Chilli lipstick
So being a make-up artist I just had to include make-up into this. I loveloveloveee getting new make-up and this lipstick is a perfect gist of your partner is a beauty lover. Why not treat a special person to a MAC lipstick from the Rebel Romance collection? At £14.00 you cant go wrong and it wont burn a hole in your wallet.

Hope this help all of you, Thanks for reading!

I first found this company when I was being nosey on twitter and received a follower request from this company- @cosmetics_candy . My two favourite things! So I went on the website and was immediately excited because I have actually never come across something like this before. Basically they are an online store selling loads of different new and exciting beauty products and yummy sweets from america and ship them to the UK. They sell cosmetics from:
Assorted America Candy - Twizzlers, Razzles, Lemonhead, LaffyTaffy, Chiclets, Jolly Rancher, Tootsie Roll & More

  • Tarte
  • Revlon
And lots of yummy treats!

Another thing that drew me to this amazing website is that ALL their items are not ridiculously priced and they also do all the new make-up releases before they are launched in the UK, so if your stuck on something to review or just want to try out something new why not try out this?www.cosmeticsandcandy.com . What's not to love?!

MUA nail constellations review

Make-up Academy Nail Constellations

Hello everyone, so I've been looking to try this product for a while now but every time I have been to my local superdrug it's always been sold out. But now I finally have my hands on it. I first heard about this product by Karla Powell on twitter (International make-up artist who had collaborated with MUA Cosmetics and beauty blogger http://www.karlapowell.co.uk/ ) when it first came out, I was instantly excited that something like this was finally available in a drug store and more importantly was in my price range! This is a dupe of the Ciate Caviar nail polish which retails at a whopping £18 which I think is far too steep for a nail polish but I probably will end up buying it one day as I sadly wasn't too impressed with the MUA one but Im not too fussed because it was only £3.
First of all I would just like to apologise for my appalling photography and messy nails, and I did them before a night out. Firstly, I will do a mini tutorial of how I applied them and the finished look.

I first choose a black nail colour to match the actual colour of the nail balls and gave them a quick paint, this doesn't need to be particularly neet because it's just a base and you wont actually see it.

After the black nail polish has dried, you then to put a base coat on. It has to dry clear! Whist this is wet put tissue underneath your hand so that the beads don't go everywhere as this can be a bit messy then all you have to do is pour them over your nails. Yes, it really is as easy as that!

This is the completed look:)

I actually do love the finished look and i'm glad I bought it, but the down side to this product is that it doesn't last long what so ever! Mine lasted only a day! Shocking, I expected more to be honest but I do think that it really looks good on a night out and I  probably will purchase this again,

Hope you liked reading what I thought, I would love hear your opinion if any of you have tried it:)

Hello 2013!

New Years Resolutions? Nay or yay?

So every new year we all want some sort of a fresh start, but most of us actually never stick to it because frankly, we just make them impossible too! The most common new years resolution is to loose weight or get fit and healthy. This is because most of us feel horrible after the Christmas period from the amount of mince pies and chocolate we've devoured, not to mention the humongous Christmas dinner! (makes me feel fat just thinking about it) So to kick off the new year in this particular blog post iv'e decided to share my new years resolutions with you and tips on how to keep them. I am determined to make 2013 the best year yet and I hope you are too :)

1) Try to generally be a healthier person, body and mind

2013
That doesn't mean eat healthy no bad things, because that will never work! Try choose healthy things over junk and indulge in a while. Have a sneaky chocolate bar? or a bag of crisps? Just not every day. This is one of my favourite snacks everrr! Firstly because I'm just obsessed with strawberries, and secondly because your eating fruit which is healthy and makes you feel good and so does chocolate! So when you want that satisfying treat but feeling a bit naughty then why not opt for this?

2) Think positive- be positive
I would generally say that I am a very positive person and I know this sounds mega cheesy but I always try to look on the bright side of life. Iv your in a bad situation think about the good things, and how lucky you are. When you think positive you generally become much more of a happier person I believe. But I know mostly it depends what your mood your in. But just remember if things don't go to plan its OK.
think positive and positive things will happen!Only positive thinking :)Keep Calm and Think Positive edieanne.com

3) Drink more water
I drink far too much tea and hot chocolate! (up to five cups of tea a day) I basically think I'm addicted. But this is just mainly in the cold months as in the summer I mainly just drink juice. Last summer I went a month ONLY drinking water and I and honestly say I felt amazing, uber healthy and hydrated and my skin defiantly reaped the benefits.

4) Blog more
I definitely need to make this happen. With college taking too much of my time I find it very hard to keep on top of blog posts which I love doing. Towards the end of 2012 year my blog took second best to every thing else really but now I have lots of new material and discoveries to blog about and I'm also in the process of it a so watch this space!

5) BE HAPPY
For me personally, this is the most important goal as I tend to let things get to me and get a annoyed far too easily as I have an extremely short temper haha. I think I defiantly need to chill more and just be less stressed!
Smiley Face

So those are my little personal goals that I have decided I need to achieve before this year is over.. so plenty of time. These are different to my 101 thing to do list above as they are just things that I want to do in my life generally. So far its going well for me and I hope that these have given you some inspiration too:)

I would love too know what your goals/ new years resolutions are for 2013

A new year, a new beginning

Fair well 2012

For me and probably many others we have learnt so much this year. I have learnt things that I never knew I would about others...and a hell of a lot about my self. I've also made many mistakes but as long as you learn from them you cant really call them that. I have taken some wrong paths in life but now I finally feel like I'm on the right ones and when you know what you want to do with your life and your fully determined, its truly one of the best feelings ever. Guidance and confidence is the key to achieve your goals in life. Iv'e achieved and accomplished lots of personal goal this year and I also have many more set for 2013, I honestly cant wait for this new year. I have everyone who I want in my life and I love it. Here are some inspirational quotes I live by, I hope they inspire you too!
